Voila Catering in Portland specializes in gourmet food and professional service for formal dinner parties, company & non-profit events, business receptions, elegant cocktail parties, fundraising benefits, business open houses, hors d'oeuvres parties, and upscale catered food & wine paired meals. We cater large and small elegant events in the greater Portland Oregon area, and our staff of on-site event Chefs allow us to provide superior food from from Hood River to the Coast and from Salem to Kelso.
Our Food: All our menus are custom created by our Executive Chef, Tamara Kay, just for your event, theme, season and budget. Your event is unique and we are proud that no two of our events are the same! Our menu ingredients are always fresh, when possible local, and always seasonal. Our professional chefs make all of our menus items from scratch, never using pre-prepared frozen "products", out-of-season tasteless produce, or pre-made sauces or dressings. This approach keeps the food costs reasonable and the quality of our food exceptionally high.
Food Quality: While many caterers bring platters of pre-made and pre-cooked food to the events, the majority of Voil Catering's food is prepared on-site. All our hot food is cooked on-site by our professional chefs to minimize holding time and ensuring properly cooked and delicious food. Most of our delicate finger foods are assembled on site by a skilled chef, as they neither travel very well nor hold long enough for transportation. We invite you to experience the difference of our restaurant-quality, gourmet food... even your most discriminating guest will be thrilled!
