PushPush, an award - winning theater dedicated to the development of performing artists, aims to be a force in cultural progression by supporting and providing artistic and cultural development and offering the outcomes to the community through a wide range of innovative programming. The company pursues this mission by attracting artists from other dynamic cultural centers and providing distinctive opportunities for performing artists to grow, push boundaries, take artistic risks, explore new ideas, and collaborate with other artists.
We also offer low - cost rental space for itinerant arts groups, individual artists, and the community for music and theater performances, screenings, meetings, workshops, rehearsals, parties, and special events.
A great space to rent: Lobby Lounge (Cabaret Stage or Screening Area) and Black Box Theater available (5,000 square feet total). Accommodates up to 120 guests, offers plenty of free parking, and is a two - minute walk to Avondale Estates MARTA Station.
PushPush is perfect for any event: bands, musicians, and performances; workshops and training classes; funky parties, weddings, and mitzvahs; business and corporate events; and film screenings.

| Staffing Requirements |
|
$12 / hour staff fees required for an on - site manager to be present for the duration of your rental. Additional staff are also available at $12 / hour and usually include tech, box office, and bar staff for performances and / or other other staff you may require. All staff fees billed at a minimum of four hours per day, and time and a half past midnight. |

There is a $50 application fee to submit a proposal. Once approved, you have two weeks to sign a contract to move forward. 1 / 2 of total rental cost due upon signing the contract. Balance of total rental cost due one week before the event. Any additional / overtime fees are due the day of rental. Overage charges are billed at 1.5 times regular rental rate. |
