We believe our successful Barbeque originates with the moist, tender, smoked meats consistent with the basics of slow cooking. Only Hickory, heat, and smoke are used to cook our Barbeque, never natural gas or electric heat. Ribs, Whole Hog, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Smoked Turkey, Cornish Hens, and Smoked Salmon are our specialty.
All our meats are hand choosen cuts of only the finest types available. They are seasoned with our special blend of spices and placed in our pits to slow smoke for hours. All meats are trimmed and hand-cut upon ordering and never pre-cut. Our side items and award winning sauces are made fresh daily. Stop by and bring your appetite.
