County Parks' premier wedding site, the adobe is a beautifully restored rancho built in 1853. It is available for viewing Saturday through Wednesday, 10:00am to 2:30pm, by appointment.
The Victorian Garden is also available for weddings and receptions, at a cost of $600. There is a $100 caterer's fee for receptions. An on-site coordinator will ensure the facility set-up. Tables and chairs for 150 are included. We can accommodate up to 200 guests at this site, which is available from 9:00am to sunset.
Weddings may be held in the Chapel, which holds 65 people, or outside at the West Veranda, which will accommodate 250 people. Each may be reserved for a ceremony only for $400.
The rancho will be made available for tours for a donation. The tours are operated by the docents, and all tour funds are placed in the San Diego County Parks Society for the maintenance and operation of the facility. Rancho Guajome Adobe, California's finest example of Anglo-Hispanic domestic architecture, is a State and National Landmark, and has only recently been made available for weddings and special events.
