19,000 square foot facility. Open 365 days a year. Free weights, new machines, cardio area with views of the Rocky Mountains as you work out. Racquetball, squash & basketball courts. Large locker rooms, with four large showers in each locker room. Whirlpools and saunas in both men & women's locker rooms. Boxing room, aerobics room, spinning room & tanning bed room. Massage therapist & physical therapists in same building.

Day passes, week passes, no start up fees for any passes or memberships. Pilates, yoga, step interval, spinning,self defense, karate, kickboxing, beginner pilates, cycling, and toning classes. Sanitizing wipes throughout the gym. Large parking area. Towels & protein drinks available. Personal trainer available & scuba diving instruction. Exercise classes six days a week, morning & evening classes. In hotel district, located on walking path to downtown Estes Park.
