Sancocho is a full service caterer for small and medium size events. Sancocho subscribes to the local/seasonal creed of using local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients and supporting local growers. We also offer events such as wine dinners, cooking classes, and home meal replacement (personal chef services).
Sancocho has a Registered Dietitian to help with meal planning, special dietary needs, and nutritional consulting. We have many years in the food service industry, and are comfortable in a wide range of cuisine types.
