First of all the menu is up to the client. I love to BBQ and that includes any veggies, meat, fish, and appetizers. I love making all food from scratch with unprocessed, locally sourced food. I have worked in Kosher kitchens as well as with India Joze to learn ethnic food preparation as well. |
