SHE COOKS! is the Passion project of Jennifer McConnell, Head Chef and Owner. Jennifer has been tantalizing the taste buds of many since the early 80's when as a child she created make shift restaurants in her own dining room. Jennifer had a modest career as a newspaper reporter and Marketing professional until the culinary bug crept back up and bit her.

Currently, Jennifer is providing healthy and convenient foods for her clients who struggle to juggle family, work and a healthy lifestyle. In addition to weekly meals for families, Jennifer also does catering events, intimate dinners and dietary meal replacements.
