Sheng Kee began in Taiwan. In order to support her family, Mrs. Kao began a bakery. But her cakes and pastries were so good, they quickly became large and famous. Her kids grew up and carried on the tradition. One son studied under the direction of some of the finest bakery chefs from the Hyatt and Hilton hotels. Today you can find this special bakery in your own backyard!
