How it works in a shoebox: we will sit down with you at the location of your choice and discuss what your vision is for your special event. We complete a thorough assessment to ease event planning from beginning to end. From the results of our assessment, we assist in establishing a reasonable budget and create a timeline for event planning. Then we go to work! We research prices, event locations, date availability and set up appointments with service vendors, according to your schedule, for your final approval.
But the services do not stop there! We will do all follow up phone calls with your service vendors, keep track of deadlines and make sure every one is on board to make your day special from beginning to end. And there's more! We will even design invitations, send invitations, keep track of guests, be there for the day of the event to make sure everything goes smoothly and offer our support when necessary. We can be as involved in your event as you would like. You set the pace and we run the race!
