Nancy DeAngelo has been involved in the world of restaurants and catering since 1985. As the event planner at the Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston, she was influenced by the cooking of Lydia Shire and Jasper White. Through her association with Rosewood Hotels, she was influenced by such renowned chefs as Wolfgang Puck and Dean Fearing. In Texas, Ms. DeAngelo started her own catering firm. In 1995, she moved the business to the Boston area and has been serving a growing list of local clients ever since.
