What makes us different? Our three founders have over 60 years of combined experience in the hospitality business - all in the Roanoke Valley. Not only does our experience set us apart, we also believe it's our passion for planning that makes us different. We don't try and do flowers or photography for your event. What that means to you is that you can rest assured, on your big day - when you need us - we're right there. You hire an event planner to plan and we're right beside you. That's the difference.
Weddings and special events:
We have an on - staff event planner and wedding director that has 25 years of experience, all in the Roanoke Valley. That's important because she has the knowledge and the connections to ensure an event your guests will never forget. She is an expert in events and has a broad range of knowledge to work for you.
An added benefit to you is her extensive knowledge of food and beverage as well as event design. We also have an on - staff executive chef. This team of experts will get to know you and your guests. They work with your caterer and venue to develop a menu that will reflect who you are while staying within your budget.
Meetings / conferences:
If you're planning a meeting or conference, we can help you too! Most organizations today can't afford the luxury of a full time meeting planner. If you've decided to take on planning a conference for your association or sorority, you really now have two full time jobs. Our job is to make your job easier. Let us do the logistics, paperwork, and negotiating so you can actually get your "real" job done.
