Smokin' Coals was started by Mike & Teri Daniels in 2007 as a part time catering service. Recently they decided to take their venture full time and joined forces with Mike & Sherry Byrd. Together, their hope is to provide exceptional food & service to BBQ lovers all over the South.

We have several unique items on our menu such as Twisted Tails and B-B-Q Eggrolls. Both are crowd pleasers! Our Ribs have a secret recipe sauce that you will love and the pulled pork and smoked chicken are exceptional as well. We can even do breakfast!
