Something Classic is an award- winning, full- service catering and gourmet café operating company. Over the past twenty years, Something Classic has specialized in imaginative decor and food preparation from events ranging from grand openings & galas at large universities to social events, large and small.

Additionally, because of their renowned food and service recognition in the Charlotte area, they have successfully opened six gourmet cafes with delectable upscale sandwich/ soup/ salad menus, fresh baked goods and gourmet “TV dinners.”

Something Classic is also a very “green” conscious organization, recognizing the importance of Mother Earth and aligning themselves with her by reducing, recycling and reusing. Recently, they have implemented the “Green Goddess Alliance;” a program designed to educate employees on ways to improve performance and dealing with environmental sustainability and by only using products and services that consider economical, social and environmental impacts. For instance, all sandwich wrappers at the gourmet shops are made of potatoes and plastic cups are made from corn.
