Welcome to Southern Elegance Catering, a fine dining catering service. Melissa Herring and Tammy Dobson began their business to give consumers the opportunity to enjoy not only a beautifully presented catered event but also one that would leave guests astonished with the taste of true southern food. Melissa and Tammy were both born and raised in the south and will capture the elegance of the South not only through the cuisine but also through the décor.
As with any true Southern Belle, they offer all guests a glass of Sweet Ice Tea along with other choices from the Tea Bar. The signature Tea Bar is a beautiful display of assorted hot and cold tea including a variety ranging from Iced Mango Tea to refreshing Hot Mint Tea.
The goal of this catering service is to fulfill all your catering desires.
Melissa and Tammy say "We not only cater for you, but we cater to you". The Chef can prepare many different Southern meals so if you have a dish in mind and do not see it on the menu ask and they will create it. While Wedding Receptions are Southern Elegance's specialty events, Melissa and Tammy can also add just the needed flair to your Luncheons, Office Parties, Banquets, Formal Tea's, Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, or Holiday Parties! No job is too big or too small and references are available upon request.
