Spicy Charlie's offers a complete service of food, staff, equipment hire, drinks, flowers and event planning. We cater champagne and canapé receptions, buffet lunches, product launches, anniversary parties, company celebration, etc.
Whatever type of event is planned, Spicy Charlie's will work closely with you to add the essential ingredients to complement a pleasant picnic, an intimate dinner for two, a witty gathering, a corporate convention, or a sparkling gala. Our goal is to discover and interpret the needs and preferences of our clients.
After the initial consultation that takes into consideration budget, food preferences, ambience, and location, we present a custom menu proposal that is designed to be explored and enhanced until it eclipses every expectation to surprise and delight.
Spicy Charlie's has access to some of the world's most innovative chefs, so we are constantly growing, and creating new variations on a theme, to keep our menus fresh and dazzling.
Our chefs have an appreciation for working with only the freshest ingredients, i.e., fruits and vegetables in season, stocks and sauces made from scratch, artisan breads, oils, and cheeses, aged prime beef hand cut on location, and only the freshest seafood catches of the day.
