Stardust Celebrations was started in 1999 by Marsha Ballard French and Jenifer Cline as a privately owned wedding planning and retail company. Prior to opening Stardust, Marsha and Jenny completed three training courses in wedding planning, completed a preceptorship at a local Dallas Church and then made several trips to Chicago and New York visiting with top wedding gown designers to gain knowledge on gown construction and styles.

Their modest beginning started in a lovely old turn of the century Victorian cottage on Routh Street in the uptown neighborhood of Dallas. Their vision was to not only become a one stop shopping experience for brides and their families, but to also become known as a company that provided the prettiest wedding attire, the best bridal salon service and the most respected wedding planning throughout Dallas and Fort Worth.
