Over the years I have planned and executed trade shows, promotions, special events, weddings, parties, publicity events, and charity events. Some of my favorite experiences have been: execution of outdoor special events for Brookfield Zoo; trade show planning for major oil companies including Marathon, Tosco (now Conoco Phillips), and Citgo; planning of private dinner parties for as many as 2,500 guests; outdoor concerts and publicity events; and coordination of CBS auditions for Survivor and The Amazing Race.
Let me handle the details for your: weddings, family reunions, birthdays, bridal / baby showers, anniversary / retirement celebrations, holiday gatherings, and business meetings / conferences / seminars.
You choose how much support you need. We handle everything from providing a little help researching your options to complete event design and execution of every detail.
We will: research event / reception venue, caterer, entertainment, florist, photographer / videographer; select and mail invitations, holiday cards, save - the - date reminders, name cards, and thank - you notes; buy and place decorations, party favors, and welcome gifts; obtain accommodations for out - of - town guests; and provide event - day coordination.
