We know our clients expect professionalism and dedication, but in addition, we bring a genuine commitment to the vision and care of their event or wedding. Our services range from consulting on up to full service coordination and professional organizing.
We plan event timelines and check lists; help develop and manage the budget and bring event/production in on budget; negotiate and review contracts; recommend vendors and event sites; set up and attend appointments, consultations and tastings for clients, give practical and creative input on overall look and style of event; supervise vendor arrival, set-up and tear-down on day of event or wedding; act as point person throughout entire event and attend to client as needed.
We will organize flights, airport pick-up, transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and maps for out of town guests.

| Pricing |
|
We are a moderately priced company. Our fees start at 10% of overall budget for full service coordination. We also take a small 5-10% commission on our vendors services. Consulting only is priced at $25 per hour. Wedding Day Only coordination starts at $500 and up. |
