As the former events manager for the Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield, Swanson Meetings & Event Planning, LLC was formed in March of 2011. We are devoted to the finest in customer service and dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized professional services and consultation within the hospitality industry.
I have had my certification (CMP) Certified Meeting Professional since 1993 and re-certify every 5 years. I am a member of Meeting Professional International, the Greater Springfield convention and Visitors Bureau. Our company also has the ability to design and print meeting materials, site selection, contract with dynamic speakers, organize business meetings and seminars, as well as personalize your own event.
