Planning begins with a phone call or e-mail to determine if the date is available. Next, an appointment is made to get acquainted, discuss the ceremony, and hear the couple's "Love Story". Ceremonies literally become "taylormade" by incorporating ideas from the couple, along with ideas from the wealth of Rev. Taylor's experience as a non-denominational minister having performed many romantic and meaningful ceremonies.

Usually included with the ceremonies are an Original Poem based on a couple's "Love Story" which is read during the ceremony. Afterwards, frameable copies of the Poem are given, along with a CD of his new song "Today I Woke Up Loving You".
