The Barbecue Company prides itself on serving the best barbecue on the West Coast. Our barbecued meats are authentically smoked on-site in smokers manufactured in the USA. We cover all regions of our country serving everything from Texas-style brisket to Memphis-style babyback ribs. We have recently added California Tri-Tip to our menu and have been told that it is the best sandwich ever!
Our five barbecue sauces are made fresh at the restaurant by Chef Gary. They include our sweet Original, a Carolina Mustard, Kentucky Wet and Wild, and a Dangerously Delicious Spicy. Our Volcano sauce gives you some extra juice! We serve Island Brew beer along with a number of other popular brews.
Our wine list is short and sweet and picked for its compatibility with barbecue. Our professional staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have fun helping the customer make that all important choice between succulent shredded pork or tender juicy beef ribs!
The restaurant has a warm and comfortable atmosphere with blues and southern rock music playing in the background. Local and unique art hangs on the walls and large flat screen televisions are in place for the sports fan who wants to come by for some barbecue and a cold beer with friends! The Barbecue Company offers full service catering and also provides a unique and fun atmosphere for a company or family party in-house. The restaurant easily seats 75 people indoors and has a beautiful outdoor patio seating 24.
Winter hours are Wednesday through Sunday Noon until close. During the Summer months, the restaurant is open every day from Noon until Close.
