The Carriage House is an indoor, 3000 square foot space accommodating 250 people standing. It is a rustic, historic room that can be created into whatever the bride or decorator envisions. When renting The Carriage House, it also includes access to a large outdoor courtyard featuring a ground fountain in the center. It is beautifully landscaped and perfect for outdoor ceremonies or parties. The courtyard is approximately 3000 square feet. Also included in renting The Carriage House is the outdoor alley. Pracht Alley is a picture perfect entry for bridal parties. A spacious garage is provided for the caterers with easy access to a refrigerator and sink.
