The Cotton Mill is a very unique venue located in McKinney, TX. Because of the size of the venue, we can host events up to 500 guests. The Event Hall is almost 8,600 square feet and really is a "blank" canvas. We also offer an outdoor area called the "Dye Room" where you can host your ceremony, followed by the reception in the Event Hall.
Although we do have an approved caterers list, for the most part, you can bring in whatever vendors you'd like. We have two beautiful garden areas. One of the gardens is just off of the Event Hall and the other is located near the Dye Room and has a gorgeous waterfall feature.
