Larry De Witt does not practice good business. Our music was skipping ALL night long. When we contacted Larry De Witt to complain about the services we received (he was not there personally), he said that his employees said there was not a problem with
the music at all. Really? Do you really think that the people you hired to do this job would tell you that they did not actually do their job? That is completely ridiculous. Larry De Witt also stated that he contacted the photographer and manager of the venue
as well, and that neither one of them complained about the music either. Really? I'm pretty sure that the photographer and venue manager (who were busy doing their job) were not even paying any attention to the music. We offered to supply Larry De Witt with
additional witnesses to what ACTUALLY happened, Larry De Witt states that he no longer can devote anymore time to our complaints. We offered to have our guests contact him directly (so as not to waste anymore of his time), but Larry De Witt explained that
any additional proof would be of no value to him. When Larry De Witt was told that skipping music was unacceptable, all Larry De Witt would say is "if you can prove to me that you sent me a song list, then I will work with you to get this resolved". When asked
what having a song list has to do with the music skipping ALL night long, Larry De Witt was literally speechless. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a claim in small claims court.
