Chef Craig on his Personal Cooking Classes & Parties: When I put my personal cooking classes together, I thought of what a person might like to learn from a professional chef if they had one standing in their kitchen. I think that my personalized classes can have something for every level of cook. All of the cooking classes I teach incorporates all the tools and equipment you have in your own kitchen!

I include something on knife safety -- I've been cooking for over 20 years and have all my fingers so I'm doing something right. I also include food safety and sanitation. There is nothing more important than making sure that foods are handled properly and stored safely until they're eaten up. My personal cooking parties are a fun, informal party with your friends. Cook as much (or as little) as you like. Parties can be "hands on" or demonstration.
