We are a mobile BBQ business. We can cater your event or bring the rig to your event and cook there for that festive fairground atmosphere. We specialize in hand pulled smoked pork and smoked beef brisket. We carry all of our own sauces including four Eastern North Carolina vinegar based and two tomato based.
Our standard sides are German potato salad, coleslaw, and our amazing baked beans, loaded with chopped bratwurst and pulled pork. For a change of pace, we offer a smoked vegetarian meal. Our vegetarian kabob comes with paneer cheese; red, yellow, and orange bell peppers; zucchini; and sweet onions smoked in a pan, so it never touches a meat surface.
If it can be smoked or cooked on a grill, we can make it. Let us make your event special with authentic slow smoked barbeque.
