New Jersey catering with experienced servers and bartenders. Our catering staff will accomplish your food and beverage related tasks independently, allowing you to enjoy the event you worked so hard to plan.
Each person on our catering staff is experienced in food and beverage service and will arrive formally attired in black slacks, white shirt and black tie.
Our catering servers are able to heat and serve hors d’oeuvres, set up and serve a buffet meal, dress formal tables with linens, plates and flatware and serve a sit down dinner. When your party is over you’ll walk into a clean kitchen, with all the leftovers stored and dishes washed and put away.
Our bartenders will pour beer and wine and prepare mixed cocktails and blender drinks for your guests. At your request they will arrive an hour early to set up your bar. A physical bar is not necessary as many of our customers simply use a long table covered with linen. We will be happy to guide you in your selection of beverages for your party.

Catering $50 per person and up. General servers $25.00 per hour, 4-hour minimum.
General servers provide services such as heating and passing hors d'oeuvres and setting up a buffet. They will replenish the buffet and keep the service area tidy, remove used plates, glassware, utensils and clean up the kitchen before they leave. |
