Richard Grasso, performs civil wedding Ceremonies, bilingual ceremonies,(English, Spanish & French) and can provide marriage licence certificates.

In his words "I conduct a civil ceremony and also perform faith based ceremonies for couples. My beliefs are not expressed when I officiate and try to help couples create a ceremony that best reflects
their unique bond and life experience. I have created bilingual ceremonies and offer to conduct my ceremony in Spanish or French."

Mr. Grasso earned his bachelor degree in History, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
where he also studied French and Spanish. He is a high school Social Studies teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mr. Grasso moved to Southern California, from New Jersey, in 1990.

Mr. Grasso has also traveled as far way as Catalina Island, Riverside County, San Bernardino and Ventura County to conduct wedding ceremonies.

In his spare time, Mr. Grasso enjoys running, taking road trips in California, visiting family back East and
traveling abroad.
