Full wedding planning: up to 10 planning meetings; creation of ceremony and reception timeline; screening and set - up appointments; negotiating and booking vendors; negotiation of vendor pricing and contracts; attending vendor meetings as needed, design of website, save the dates, invitations, wedding programs, and place cards; décor selection / design; etiquette advice; budget planning; catering and menu selections; tracking of RSVPs; helping to create seating chart; run of ceremony rehearsal, crisis control for the wedding day; up to 6 hours of professional wedding assistance; coordination of ceremony and grand entrance; ensuring vendors follow the event timeline; and set - up of basic room decorations, party favors, and place cards.
