I reserved Rev. Richard Wisener's services to officiate at my wedding for April 27th, 2013. He was in a serious car accident in February and did not inform me of this until DAYS before my wedding that he was unable to officiate the ceremony. I was left scrambling to find a replacement and luckily did. However, he would not respond to any of my messages to him regarding refunding the $50 deposit I had left with him since HE CANCELLED his availability for that day. Finally after 3 attempts at contacting he responded with a very threatening email. This man clearly does not care about people and is only performing weddings for the money. You would think a Reverend would know how to treat other people with respect and have a moral compass of "do the right thing."
