The Community Room at West View Recreation Center is a 2,000 square foot, tiled floor room with windows on the south and west sides. The facility provides the luxury of having an indoor and outdoor event with an intimate backdrop of the Front Range. There is a gazebo located outside, on the west side of the room. The room can seat 105 with a dancing area or 125 without the dancing area.
$100.00 an hour during business hours and an additional $25.00 per hour outside business hours. If there is alcohol served, they must have an officer for an additional $40.00 per hour.
