Missy McVicker Dibble, owner and event coordinator, graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, with a minor in business. She began her career working for various hotels and event venues throughout Kansas City. During that time she was able to gain invaluable experience producing hundreds of events and working with numerous wedding and event vendors.

In 2004, she opened White Lily. Throughout the past five years, White Lily has successfully coordinated events of all sizes and budgets throughout the Metro. She continues to educate herself on the latest trends and designs in the wedding industry through different associations and educational seminars throughout the US. In addition to White Lily, she teaches an event planning course to undergrads, through Kansas State University. Personally, Missy has been married to Dustin Dibble for six years, and has a two year old daughter, Madeline.
