This place is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. They forced me to order my dress two sizes too big and swore the designer ran very small. Well of course it swallowed me. Then they sent the order for my bridesmaids dresses out incorrectly and we receive Peptol-Bismol pink dresses when they should have been dark orange after all of their receipts stated the correct color and they could not get the correct dresses in time for my wedding and only gave me one dress option that I had to go with which was a completely different color. They ate the alterations charges but it was a hack job on half of them. We couldn't get them until the week of the wedding and three of the dress were different lengths from where they cut them to shortened them. Well came well past the knee and the other three were above the knee for girl's who were similar heights. One dress was cut completely lop sided. It was been the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Most of their workers are teenagers and completely ditzy and have no idea how to properly measure someone and turn very rude after an initial sale of a dress because they no longer want to deal with you since they work off comission. If I knew they were going to ruin part of my wedding and make my planning so difficult I would have chosen a different wedding gown at a different store so I could have avoided this experience.
