We'll bring our catering rig fully equipped and serve our slow smoked BBQ, boiled crawfish with all the fixins or, for a special treat, mesquite fired steaks! Wild West knows BBQ, and will slow smoke most of our meats 12 - 14 hrs to get that tender, flavorful, moist BBQ that people love. Steaks BBQ and spicy boiled crawfish are our specialties!
We cater all over Texas and offer quality Texas style BBQ served Western style, mesquite fired beef steaks and hot and spicy Cajun style crawfish!
