Located in Oregon's premier wine country in Newberg, Oregon, Windrose Conference and Meeting Center provides space for weddings, receptions, retreats, offsite meetings, leadership group meetings, birthday/shower/anniversary celebrations, holiday parties.
Meetings: Indoor space provides room for up to 50 people and 1500 square feet of space upstairs, 1500 square feet of space downstairs. Fireplaces on both floors, quasi-kitchen facilities, refrigerator, sound system, all A/V equipment available for no extra charge (InFocus projector, screen, hi-speed wireless, TV/VCR, conference calling, flip charts and paper). And the coffee/tea is available all day! I specialize in professionalism and customer service and your meeting will be intimate, private, and you will have the center all to yourselves.
Weddings: Weddings are performed year-round with late spring/summer/early fall weddings performed in the back area on the grass under an arbor overlooking the canyon and creek. The bride,groom and officiant stand on stamped Italian concrete under the arbor. Receptions are held in the 'brick' courtyard with drinks and appetizers served in the 'fountain' courtyard. There are flowers blooming year round. Included in the price is the ceremony, the reception, the bride's dressing area, a 2 hour rehearsal, and a 'Day Of' wedding coordinator. All tables, chairs, linens, coffee/tea, all A/V equipment, music speaker system are also included in the price. A special asset is my 'Day Of' wedding coordinator who is essential in making your wedding come off without a hitch. She takes care of everything during the day of your wedding so you do not have to lift a finger, including the rehearsal. Windrose can accommodate up to 70 people outdoors or up to 50 people if it is indoors.
