Windy Plum Farms prides itself on offering Personalized Catering Services. This is a new, more economic catering concept that we are pleased to offer to our clients. You hire our Executive Chef, Dean Alleva, we create a custom menu, you supply the kitchen facility either in home or a commercial kitchen, and our chef prepares the entire meal at your facility.
This approach to catering saves money, creates a more personalized event, and provides the freshness of onsite prepared food. If you need equipment rentals, servers or bartenders, or other event vendors, we have many that we can refer to you.
