My name is Veronica Arthur and I have 25 years of experience in confectionery art and scratch baking. I'm very passionate about what I do. I am a two-time award winner in the Goodhousekeeping Magazine Gingerbread House Contest. My Stone Urn and Peony Cake was recently featured in the June 2010 issue of the international CAKE CENTRAL MAGAZINE. Since then, the "Fondant Stone Technique" which I created is becoming very sought after.
I Love to create unusual and over-the-top edible art including Topsy-Turvy, Gingerbread Sculptures and Cake Sculptures! I also make luscious cheesecakes! All our cakes are made from scratch, absolutely no cake mixes. Our ingredients are REAL butter, REAL vanilla, REAL fruit, REAL spices, milk, canola oil, buttermilk, sugar, eggs and, of course, lots of love! :)
