Rehearsal: Lead the rehearsal from beginning to end - helping the bride and groom determine where VIP guests should sit and in what order participants should enter and leave the ceremony location. Coordinate the movements of everyone involved from grandma, parents, bridal party, bride and groom, officiant, musicians, and ushers.
Ceremony Preparation: Pin corsages on the mothers, grandmothers, special aunts, and readers. Pin boutonnieres on the fathers, groomsmen, and groom. Distribute bouquets to the bridesmaids, flower girl, and bride. Tie reserved signs to chairs for the ceremony. Prepare any special ceremony such as a sand or unity candle lighting ceremony. Organize the ushers through their important role. Make sure programs are being distributed. Distribute special things like giving readers their copy of the reading or vows to the officiant. Keep track of "photos wanted" checklist during and before the wedding photos - for the bride and groom to make sure all pictures that are requested have been taken.
Ceremony: Cue the ceremony musicians. Line up the parents and bridal party before the ceremony and cue them on when to go. Provide the marriage license to the officiant so he can fill in the form. Close and open the doors to the church (if possible) to present the bride in her own moment. Prepare the bride's dress and fix her veil before she heads down the aisle. Organize all members of the bridal party just after the ceremony to make sure pictures go smoothly and quickly. Answer questions asked by guests about the reception location and agenda for the evening. Make sure all of the family members are in place for the formal photographs and check off from a check off list.

Rehearsal day = 3 hours of service; wedding day = 12 hours of service. Fee for 15 hours of total service = $500.00 (deposit of $100.00 due to hold the date and the remainder is due at the end of the wedding night.) |
